Large red feathers. The feathers are made out of plastic and were made by the Tandy Indian Corporation who makes stereotypical Native American items to sell to youth groups and camps. The feathers were used for costumes and decor for the Black Arrow character building encampments. These feathers were used for the Black Arrow Rising Sun Chapter in the Kansas and Western Missouri Division.
