Black and white photograph of Floyd O. Burdick in a tri-fold frame. Frame is a greenish-gray cardstock, both textured and marbled. There is an embossed "N" in the upper lefthand corner of the cover page, which is seen when folded. Floyed is wearing his Salvation Army uniform. He is wearing glasses and has a mustache. Printed on paper taped below the picture, under the center frame, is "FLOYD ORLIE BURDICK/ DIED: 12 Nov. 1946/ My grandfather on my mother's side/ Jean Yates". On the inside of the cover page, in the upper righthand corner, is "Floyd O. Burdick" written in black ink.
