Photo postcard. The black and white image depicts the hobby shop inside the U.S.O. Club in Highwood, Illinois. Worktables filled with tools and materials can be seen on the left side of the room. Cabinets in the background presumably hold more tools and materials. A caption, "Hobby Shop U.S.O. Salvation Army, Highwood, ILL" is printed in white along the bottom edge. The production number, J-69, is printed on the lower right corner.
The back of the postcard has "POST CARD" printed across the top center in a stencil style font. "Correspondence" is printed underneath to the left and "Address" to the right, both in a smaller font. The stamp box in the upper right corner has a dotted line around the edges with EKC printed across the top line.Acquisition
