Poem "How Did You Die?" by Edmund Vance Cooke, typed in black ink on white/cream paper. The title ("HOW DID YOU DIE?") is centered above the poem and the author's name ("-- EDMUND VANCE COOKE" is below and aligned to the right. The poem was written by Edmund Vance Cooke after 1894. It is unknown when and by whom this document was typed, but it was probably in the early 20th century--likely during the second half of World War I (c. 1917-1919)--and possibly typed by, if not given to, a member of the Burdick family.
