Red polyester athletic jacket with black / white / red trim on collar, cuffs, and hem. The jacket has seven metal snap style buttons down the front and angled pockets on the left and right. The name and rank: Major C. R. Moffitt, is embroidered in white on the front left lapel. The back of the jacket has a graphic adhered to it: an outline of the state of Indiana with a red star and the city name Evansville near the lower left of the state and text 1984 World Biddy Champs surrounding an image of a basketball.
