Description

Red fabric Salvation Army lanyard with two ID badges for Lt. Colonel Donald Arnold attached. The first ID has his photo near the lower left side with his name and organization: "Don Arnold / Salvation Army" and expiration date 10/31/05. Near the top is an outline of the state of Louisiana with Hurricane Katrina St. Gabriel Morgue printed across. Below that are three logos: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA); National Disaster Medical Systems USA (NDMS) DMORT; and National Disaster Medical Systems (NDMS). The second ID badge is the same however the expiration date is 11/21/05.
