Dated May 29, 1919. From "WM. S. Barker, COLONEL", and signed by W. O. Hunter, Brigadier. Black typed text on white/ecru paper. Letterhead: "HEADQUARTERS OF THE SALVATION ARMY/ WITH THE/ AMERICAN EXPEDITIONARY FORCES/ FRANCE". Stamped by the Assistant Provost Marshall of the American Expeditionary Forces in June of 1919.
