Description
Green, white, and black necklace used for Black Arrow character building program. The necklace is made out of leather and plastic lace. The pendant of the necklace is a green circle outlined in white. The lace is made of plastic and had teal and black pony beads fed through the necklace. At the bottom of the pendant is an ermine tail. The necklace was used by the Black Arrow, The Rising Sun Chapter in the Kansas and Western Missouri Division.
