Nightlight, plastic body with metal plug, created to celebrate the centennial of The Salvation Army in the United States. The body is shaped to the outline of the continental United States with a graphic design printed in red. The design is a caricature of a male Salvation Army Officer, marching and beating a bass drum with drumsticks. The years 1880-1980 are printed below the drum. Four Red Shields are printed approximately where each territory is headquartered.
