Ligny-en-Barrois is a commune in the Meuse department in Grand Est in north-eastern France. "S. A. HG" likely stands for Salvation Army Headquarters, suggesting that a chateau in Ligny-en-Barrois was used as Salvation Army Headquarters during World War I.
