Studio portrait of Salvation Army officer Libbie McAbee, circa 1889. She is standing, wearing her Salvation Army uniform and bonnet, holding a concertina. Her dark coat has a wide dark belt and shiny buttons in the middle. Two pieces of fabric, with Salvation Army embroidered on them, are buttoned across the bodice. The initial letter "S" is on her collar and a silver Salvation Army shield pin is attached at the throat.
