Photo of a female Salvation Army officer delivering packages to male patients at the Great Lakes Naval Hospital. She is standing next to a metal cart, similar to a shopping cart, filled with wrapped Christmas presents in the basket. Her purse and a cardboard box are on the shelf underneath. Four men can be seen in the room. One is standing against the wall in the background, another is lying in bed and has a woman sitting next to him, and the other two men are seated next to hospital beds.
