A female Salvation Army envoy shows an incarcerated Black man a toy called a Highway Hauler Trucking Set with a battery remote control. More toys are lined up on a table in front of them. The woman is wearing a uniform hat to accompany her uniform and her epaulets indicate that she is probably an envoy. The man is wearing a jacket over a white t-shirt and a cap.
