Description

Black and white photograph of a Salvation Army float. The float has two flags (U.S.A. and Salvation Army), one on each side. 8 people stand on the float: 3 women in The Salvation Army (TSA) uniform, one man in TSA uniform, a younger boy and girl, and "Ma" and "Pa" Burdick towards the center, wearing their TSA war uniforms. Sign on top of float reads: "The SALVATION ARMY/ 'JUST A REMEMBERANCE' ". Two men in uniforms (soldiers) stand on the ground, each reaching up to hand Ma and TSA another woman an object (donut or donut-shaped object?). Below the float, printed in white is "PAPSON's/ Photo." This photograph, compared to it's double 2016.11.29, is cooler (bluer) in tone.
