Black and white photograph of Major Herbert Fuqua photoshopped over the Dan Ryan Expressway, Chicago, Illinois, November 1975. Herbert is photoshopped with his uniform from his shoulders as he is wearing his Salvation Army hat and eyeglasses. The Dan Ryan Expressway is full of cars and standstill traffic as the image of Fuqua looks down at it. The Dan Ryan Expressway runs through downtown Chicago from the Jane Byrne Internchange to the south side of the city. This photograph came with poems written for Major Fuqua. The photograph was part of an envelope that reads, "1975 Unified Command: Thrusday Night Meetings Announcements by Major Fuqua."
