The rectangular pin has a gold colored border around a graphic of a city skyline at the base, snow covered mountains, and white text Salt Lake City Feb 5-17 2002. The Salt Lake 2002 logo and Olympic Rings in color are printed on the right side of the cityscape. Dark blue text DMAT CA-2 is inscribed on a white background across the top of the pin.
