Scope and Content

Program for the Cadet's welcome of the Messengers of Compassion Session as well as the welcome and installation of Commissioners Brad and Heidi Baily and Colonels Steve and Janice Howard. Front cover depicts several Salvation Army Fags (red with yellow stars and "Blood & Fired" in black).
