Issued by the Signal Corps on April 1st, 1919. Craft paper used for front and back cover, with cream/ecru pages between. Three staples along the lefthand side. Typed black ink. Written at the top of the cover page in pencil is "SALVATION ARMY". Also on the cover page is a circular, purple stamp: image of two crossed flags and a torch with "A.E.F." below and surrounding text: "SIGNAL CORPS/ BASE SECTION NO.5.S.O.S"Acquisition
