This is slide fourteen of Commissioner Robert Rightmire's presentation Where the New Day Begins. The image shows a group of adults, men & women, playing volleyball on a concrete pad. A two story white frame building is in the background as so are palm trees. Accompanying narration from slide booklet reads: "is that they are rehabilitating many of the toughest criminals. Several of the cadets are ex-gang members, but now are good Christians and wish to serve the Lord in The Salvation Army."
