Dear Papa It is just a week today since I woke you last, I am on weekend leave and of course stayed the night at the Imperial. It seems I never get a decent chance to write during the week. This applied particularly last week. We had an exam on Thursday and I paced again O.K. and am now in "T" squad. That means I have exactly put in 1/3 of the course at London. It hardly seems possible, the time has jumped so, I guess it has not jumped so for you. But you see I have no evenings as I go to bed as soon after dinner as I can. I consider 9:30 extremely late now and always try to be asleep by 9. That leaves barely time to do my cleaning up for the next day let alone studying and writing letters. The result is write on Sat. & Sun. when down town. Nothing much has happened since I wrote last, I am last becoming a good rider and have passed my first riding exam also. On Tuesday night I went on my first "guard" I was third relief, ...???...
