Dear Big Brother I suppose you will think that I am surely mad for not writing sooner, but honest to goodness I'm not the last bit angry, because I know how it is, you really mean to write but first let the days fly by one by one until it soon comes to months, isn't that it? I've certainly been enjoying myself this summer, I went out to Stamford & stayed quite a long while there & had a glorious time. I was staying at my cousins the Hess's (More new cousins.) I am afraid I will not be able to come over to the fair as I started back to school yesterday & I don't want to miss a day. I am trying for entrance this year & I am going to work hard, I had a chance to go to the fair with Eddie but mama wouldn't hear of it so as a result Rhea had to stay home. This writing is awful Harry, but I am going out & I am hurrying, but knew if I didn't write now, it would [?] have been another day before I got time to write. I am going to meet Rose Addison tonight. My [?] goes out with his brother Russell. They are twins (Rose & Russell & Even), I cant tell them apart. One time you go up to Russell & start talking to him like I would to Ross & then there is trouble. (no wonder he goes & tells Maude what I say) Well big brother dear I guess I will have to close now. Oh! I forgot, can't you come over Sat. if you can or not write & tell me anyway, but be sure & say (Yes) With heaps of love & kisses I remain as ever Rhea P.S. Have you the pictures finished? If you have bring them Saturday won't you?
