The DC280 was a massive success for Kodak at the turn of the millennium. It was one of the first "high resolution" consumer cameras to break the 2.0-megapixel barrier, offering a maximum image size of 1760 \times 1168 pixels. It features a Kodak Ektanar 2X optical zoom lens 30-60mm equivalent) and a robust, "chunky" design that favored ergonomic grip over pocketability. The back of the camera is a classic late-90s interface, featuring a small LCD for image review and a physical dial to switch between Capture, Review, Connect (to PC), and Camera Setup modes.
