Description

The Instamatic X-35F was a mid-range model in Kodak's final generation of 126 film cameras. The "X" signifies its compatibility with Magicubes (though the "F" suffix specifically denotes the later Flipflash connector seen on the top), and the "35" level introduced a CdS light meter for more accurate exposures than the base X-15 model. A unique mechanical feature is the "smart" shutter: the camera uses its light meter to physically block the shutter from firing if there isn't enough light, prompting the user to use a flash.
