Description

The Kodak Tourist was the first of the "Tourist" line and represents one of Kodak's last major efforts in the folding camera market. It features a high-quality die-cast aluminum body covered in Kodadur (a synthetic leather-like material). This specific unit is equipped with a Kodak Anaston 105mm f/4.5 lens and a Flash Kodamatic Shutter. A notable feature is the exposure calculator on the back cover, which helps photographers manually determine settings based on lighting conditions and film type. The shutter release is uniquely integrated into the edge of the camera's bed (the folding door), making it more ergonomic than many earlier folding designs.
