Description

This was one of the very last instant cameras Kodak produced. It was originally released as the, Kodamatic 940 in 1983 but was rebranded as the, Trimprint 940 in 1984. The, Trimprint name referred to a new film feature that allowed you to peel the developed image off the bulky chemical backing after development, resulting in a thin, standard-looking photograph. Because Kodak lost a patent lawsuit to Polaroid in 1986, all production of this camera and its film ceased immediately.
