IconicDescription
The CHAMP was released as part of the, Kodamatic series, which used a faster film (HS144) compared to the earlier PR-10 models like, The Handle. It was a budget-friendly option, originally retailing for around $30. In a unique historical twist, when Kodak lost the patent lawsuit in 1986, they offered CHAMP owners a $50 gift certificate or a share of Kodak stock in exchange for the camera's nameplate, as they could no longer legally provide film for it. Personal Note This Was My Family's Camera In The 80S. My Father Refused To Send It Back For The $50 Gift Card.Category
