Description
A significant transitional model in Polaroid's history. Its primary "trick" is the large, prominent selenium "Electric Eye" cell located on the front. This allowed the camera to automatically set the exposure—a futuristic feature for 1961—though it required the user to manually "cock" the shutter and pull the film. It represents the final peak of the roll-film era before the industry shifted to packfilm.
