Description
The Weston Master V was the pinnacle of the legendary Weston Master series, widely considered among the finest selenium exposure meters ever produced. Made in Great Britain and sold through Weston Instruments of Newark, New Jersey, the Master series was the preferred meter of professional photographers, cinematographers, and serious amateurs for decades. Like all selenium meters it requires no battery, generating its own current from ambient light, - and many examples remain accurate to this day. The possession of two original cases suggests this was carefully kept and valued by its original owner, adding to its appeal as a collector's piece.
