30 blocks (5 columns by 6 rows) set sides edge to edge. Random cuts of fabric set abstractly within blocks. Likely made from old/scrap fabric. Each piece is outlined in yellow embroidery. All the embroidery uses 1 strand of cotton thread or embroidery floss.
The binding is a red cotton, which has been applied to the quilt. It is about 1/4'' wide with squared corners.
The backing is composed of a printed blue and white striped fabric. There are 2 vertical pieces, which measure 47'' and 27 1/2''.
