(Rachel did research on this. Trying to find the document for it for easy transfer. Copy is in file folder) - Rebecca Blackwell Radcliffe made this quilt circa 1850 in Dorchester County, Maryland on the Delmarva Peninsula. She quilted it for her granddaughter LeOlin and it was passed down to the maker's great-nephew John J. McLaren, III who donated it to the museum.
