Twenty Oak Leaf Reel blocks are set side by side into a 4x5 configuration without sashing.
A single border surrounds the quilt on 3 sides, featuring a cheddar and green swag using the same fabric as the quilt. The edge and binding is scalloped with rounded edges.
The entire quilt is hand quilted (7 stitches per inch), featuring outline and echo quilting. The quilting was done using white, cotton thread. It is composed of a thin cotton batting.
The black dye in the red and black print fabric has eaten holes in the fabric and caused drop out.Context
