This Wheel of Time blocks set on diagonal/point and arranged into a grid with no borders. It is finished with a 1/4'' white binding. The binding was brought back to front by hand with a straight edge and squared corners. The purple fabric was likely purchased, but the blocks could have been made out of scraps. The batting is a medium cotton. The backing is composed of 3 strips of homespun, measuring 23-3/4'', 34-1/4'', and 15-1/4''.
The quilt is entirely hand quilted with single, white, cotton thread, measuring about 6 stitches per inch. It is all done in diagonal parallel lines across the whole quilt.
Made in Wythe County, Virginia.
