William Grayson's Grave

William Grayson, Lawyer, Member of the Continental Congress, Constitutional Convention  and U.S. Senate is buried nearby on property formely part of "Belle Air" the family plantation. In 1774 Grayson organized Prince William County's first revolutionary militia unit. He commaned a Virginia Regiment and served as Aide-de-camp to Washington.
