As ther is many orders for checking congendarities with which the women, are followers of the Army (?) be reaquainted. The regaints of the companies to which any women belong, are to communicate all orders of that (?) to them, and are to be (?) for neglecting so to do.- (?) not (?) and gaurds may be re(?) as much as (?), and the (?) us and about forgetable attendant upon them reformed-the commander in Chief orders that the families stors of every kinds in this state shall be (?) and (?) at Woodpoint and Newberry, (?) except which are (?) commanderfriendly (?) at Albany for the (?) of the Northern Military fronts.- If commandiers require the (?) of (?) at any other places than there above military's.- the departments commands are to report to their (?) at large to the commander and chief. Acord of requiring of which colonel Tropper was (?) out at Westpoint by a Davision order of the 4th instant to enquire into the sufficiency of the reasons (alledgade) by Lieutenant (Barber of the Massachusetts regiment of Artillary for overstaying the town of his furlough, and have reported that he produced a certificate sharing the he was detained by (?) which in their opinion exulfates him.- The commander in Chief outfits and approves the opinion of the Gaurds.
