Biography
After 18 years as an elementary school teacher, Ginger Kramer decided to pursue her longstanding dream of delving into the world of art. She has been active in the local art scene since moving to Idaho Falls from Minnesota. Working in traditional and mixed media watercolor processes, she continually explores new and innovative techniques. Kramer and husband Norm remain dedicated advocates of the visual arts in eastern Idaho.
