Chinese carved variegated ornamental stone display piece of upright, asymmetrical form, decorated with a shallowly incised landscape incorporating a pine-like tree, stylized rockwork and a small robed figure. The polished stone exhibits warm brown, reddish-orange and gray-green coloration, intersected by a prominent irregular pink-and-white mineral seam.
