Chinese carved variegated ornamental stone group depicting a frog and snail among stylized vegetation. The snail is modeled with a prominent spiral shell and projecting body, while the broad-headed frog occupies the opposite side of the composition among rounded and curling plant-like forms. Incised vegetation and additional relief carving extend across the stone, and one end is elaborately worked with a recessed spiral motif surrounded by radiating carved lines. The stone ranges from pale gray-green and beige to warm brown, with natural veining and fissuring throughout.
