GL3804Description
Item 4 of 24, part of a specialized Chinese Zodiac / Auspicious Animals set. In Asian art, an elephant with its trunk raised always channels pure Yang energy (bringing good luck, joy, and triumph). Because both figures (with item # GL3814) share this positive trunk placement, the glassblower differentiated their cosmic energy through their front-leg positioning. This is the Yang Elephant (Active Stride). The front left leg pushes confidently forward while the body pattern spirals into a brighter, creamy-amber tone across the shoulder. The energy represents Yang action, leadership, and forward momentum.Type of Sculpture
