ALLAN HOUSE Theophilus Allan built his home, a classic central chimney cape, near the site of the residence and lodging house of his father, Mark Allan. In later years, about 1840, the two-story Greek Revival section was built for his two maiden sisters. The addition has larger windows and an entrance in the gable end. T.W.
