BRIDGHAM HOUSE
This early New England horne is situated at Bridghams Corner in Plantation 14. The Bridghams owned a lumber mill on the stream from Patrick Lake. They built their houses at Bridghams Corner, and this two story wooden clapboarded horne was completed in 1783. The Bridgham House has a five bayed front with a portico over the front entrance, hipped roof and two end chimneys. An ell was added to the back of the house, and a sunporch was put on about 1955-1959. AFN
