This one and half story house likely dates to the 1850s. It does not appear on the 1835 Map of Eastport, but does appear on the 1855 Map of Eastport. Originally it was a Greek Revival style house though this has been largely lost with replacement of original trim and the covering of original clapboard siding with aluminum siding. The gable north end of the house fronts the street with entrance door and single story bay window that was added later. A later dormer window is on the east roof side of the house. The east side of the house likely originally had four bays but two of the windows have been covered over.
