This one and a half wood frame house likely dates to about 1840. It does not appear on the 1835 Map of Eastport, but does appear on the 1855 Map of Eastport. It has a gable roof and a four bay front facing Water Street. It has two later dormer windows facing Water Street. In the basement of this house, there is supposed to be the remnants of a foundation for a windmill that once stood on this site.
