The poem is by Tom Sexton, Alaska's former poet laureate and winter resident of Eastport, Maine. The wood engraving is by Wesley Bates of Clifford, Ontario. They were printed in spring 2020 by Andrew Steeves at Gaspereau Press, Kentville, Nova Scotia in an edition of 100 copies. The paper was handmade by Papeterie Sait-Gilles, Quebec. This letterpress printed broadside was commissioned by the Tides Institute & Museum of Art, Eastport, Maine.
