This two story wood frame house likely dates to about 1890. It appears on the 1893 Sanborn Map of Eastport, but without the front two story bay windows. The bay windows appear on the 1898 Sanborn Map of Eastport. The building originally was a two unit or duplex with center front entrances to each unit. The entrances and surrounding front have been removed and boarded over. Much of the original trim along the roof line and bay windows remain intact.The house has a hip style roof with a chimney at the west and east ends of the roof.
