Lubec Glass Plate Negatives | NotesDescription
Notes from talk with Scott Malloch, October 12, 2022. He is the son of Sheila Malloch. He said the collection of glass plate negatives that he recently donated to the Tides Institute came from his mother who was born in Lubec, Maine. She got them from her sister who lived in Lubec. According to Scott, his aunt (Sheila's sister) and her husband found the glass plate negatives when they were cleaning out a house in Lubec. Scott did not know who the photographer of the glass plate negatives was. Scott said the donation of the glass plate negatives should be that they were from the estate of Sheila Fernald Malloch.
