Context

This real photo postcard shows the interior of St. Joseph's Church, draped and decorated for Christmas. Parishioners are seated in the pews and altar boys are seated to the front right. A banner for St. Joseph's Society is visible. This post card is smaller than what was the standard at the time, and it is the smallest in our collection. This seems to be a photograph of Pietro Bandini's funeral.
