Quill tip sharpener housed in stainless steel casing, which opens; casing attached top and bottom to horn holder with wider end at sharpener, narrowing to a handle shape; stainless steel pen knife held by a brass nail swings out from handle; other parts held by stainless steel nails/screws; circa 1840 - 1850.
