Letter and cover; from W.C. Keele; to Lewis Burwell at Brantford; dated 4 July 1837; stamps: red "CITY OF TORONTO", "JY 5 1837", "PAID"; black ink; grey unbleached paper; red wafer seal; re: three letters which express "150 acres", if that figure is incorrect, a new survey has to be conducted.
