Letter and cover; from Thomas Young, Architect; to John Galt, Esq, Acting Clerk of the Peace at Goderich, in the Huron District; dated Toronto 13 Dec 1841; marks: black "CITY OF TORONTO U.C.", "13 DE 1841", "TOO LATE"; 2 pp.; red wax seal; black ink; re: Young has waited for payment for two years and finds a request for a deduction absurd; probably re: Young's work as architect for jail at Goderich.
