Cover; white card; addressed to "John Harby(?) Fredrickton New Brunswick"; from "C.A.H. M.P.P." all in brown in manuscript; topic of letter is cross-written; stemped "PAID" and double-ringed "CITY OF TORONTO U.C. MR 5 1838" in red ink and "4/6" in red manuscript; seal is black wax with initials, probably CAH but pieces missing.
